The hotel location was decent. It was close to many shops and restaurants.
a terrible smell came from the drains. It made the room quite unpleasant. i question some of the positive reviews now.

the staff provided helpful information about local attractions. i received maps to help me navigate. the cleaning staff kept my room tidy each day.
the first issue was difficulty unlocking my door. the key was bent and hard to use. water pooled in the sink in the bathroom it was annoying.

Samim was helpful. He contacted me via whatsapp before arrival and provided a map with local recommendations. he assisted with a taxi issue and offered useful advice. This helped me enjoy my time. housekeeping kept my room very clean daily.
The key i received initially was bent, preventing me from unlocking the door. the staff quickly resolved this by changing the lock.

The staff was friendly and helpful! Mr Fazal provided invaluable assistance with airport transfers and offered crucial information throughout my stay. I also appreciated the central location near major attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. Local restaurants offered amazing service nearby.
The hill to reach the main street can be a bit steep.
